Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- MBBS degree from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate degree in General Medicine (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitals or clinics.
- Should reside within 3-5 km of the NABARD dispensary.
Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility.
- Interview (Conducted by NABARD).
- Medical Fitness Test before final appointment.
- The final Selection List will be prepared based on interview performance.
Recruitment 2025 Salary
- ₹1,000 per hour for the first 3 years.
- ₹1,200 per hour after 3 years of service.
