The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) invites applications for the engagement of a Bank’s Medical Officer (BMO) on a contract basis. This opportunity is available for the dispensary at NABARD Complex, VIP Road, Sri Vijaya Puram. The selected candidate will provide medical services to the bank’s employees and their families. NABARD Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• MBBS degree in the allopathic system of medicine from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• A postgraduate degree in General Medicine is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Practitioner in any hospital or clinic.

Other Requirements:

• The applicant should have their own dispensary or residence within 3-5 km radius from the bank’s premises.
• Candidates must be willing to work on a fixed hourly remuneration basis.

NABARD Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for an interview. Selection will be based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
• Medical Fitness: Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo medical tests and submit a Medical Fitness Certificate before final engagement.

NABARD Recruitment 2025 Salary & Remuneration

• Remuneration:
  • Rs. 1000 per hour for the first three years of service.
  • After three years, remuneration will increase to Rs. 1200 per hour.
• Monthly Conveyance: A sum of Rs. 1000 per month may be treated as conveyance expenses.
• Duration: The contract is for a period of five years, which may be extended based on performance. Engagement may continue up to 70 years with annual reviews thereafter.
