Educational Qualification:
- Lending Operations:
- Post-graduate degree/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance, or MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance), or ICWA/CFA/CMA/CA from a recognized institution.
- Investment & Treasury:
- Essential: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Forex, or MBA (Finance/Banking & Finance), or ICWA/CA/CFA.
- Desirable: Certification in Treasury/Forex.
- Corporate Strategy, Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- CA/Post-Graduation Degree/Diploma in Economics or Post-graduation degree/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance/Banking & Finance/Sustainability Management/Strategic Management from a recognized institution.
Experience: 1-year post-qualification experience preferred.

NaBFID Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The Selection Process involves:
- Online Exam
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the online exam will be invited for an interview.
