NALCO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates who have completed their education in ITI, B.Sc, 10th Pass, 12th Pass, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or D.Pharm are eligible to apply for this recruitment notification.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 64 years

Age Relaxation:

• Age relaxation is applicable for women, OBC, SC/ST, and physically handicapped (PH) candidates as per government norms.

NALCO Recruitment 2025 SELECTION PROCESS

1. CBT Details:
   • 100 MCQs (60% Technical, 40% General Awareness) in English and Hindi.
   • Duration: 120 minutes, 1 mark per question.
2. Selection Criteria:
   • Posts 1-10: Based on CBT.
   • Posts 11-14: CBT (60%) + Trade Test (40%).
3. Answer Key:
   • Published on NALCO website 3 days after CBT. Objections are allowed within 3 days.
4. Verification:
   • Shortlisted candidates must submit original and self-attested documents. Incomplete submissions lead to disqualification.
5. Note:
   • Appearing in CBT doesn’t guarantee selection. Management may raise eligibility standards.

NALCO Recruitment 2025 Salary & Compensation

The company offers a competitive compensation package with opportunities for career growth.

Selected candidates for positions like Mechanic, SUPT (JOT), Instrumentation Mechanic, and Mate will undergo 12 months of on-the-job training, with a stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month. After completing this training, candidates will be promoted to Junior Trainee (JOT) for an additional 18 months, with the following stipend:

• Rs. 15,000/- per month for the first 12 months
• Rs. 15,500/- per month for the remaining 6 months

During the training, candidates will receive medical facilities at NALCO Hospital (for self only).

After successful completion of the training and meeting performance criteria, candidates will be placed in regular employment at the TO grade with a pay scale of Rs. 29,500 – 3% – 70,000 and other benefits.

For SUPT (Mining), the training period is 12 months with a stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month, followed by 18 months as Sr. Operative Trainee (SOT) with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- for the first 12 months and Rs. 15,500/- for the remaining 6 months.
