CSIR-NEERI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Secretariat Assistant:12th Pass (XII) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer typing speed and usage as per DoPT norms.
- A 3-year diploma after the 10th is considered equivalent to 12th.
- Junior Stenographer12th Pass (XII) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in stenography as per DoPT norms.
Age Limit (As of 30 April 2025):
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (Stores & Purchase): 28 years
- Junior Stenographer: 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- Additional relaxation for widowed, divorced women, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen as per government norms.
CSIR-NEERI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process consists of:
- Written Examination: Objective type test covering General Awareness, Mental Ability, and English Language.
- Skill Test:
- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Typing test (English: 35 w.p.m. / Hindi: 30 w.p.m.).
- Junior Stenographer: Stenography test at 80 w.p.m. speed.

- Junior Secretariat Assistant: Pay Level 2 – Rs. 19,900/- to Rs. 63,200/- (Approx. Rs. 36,493/- per month)
- Junior Stenographer: Pay Level 4 – Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- (Approx. Rs. 49,623/- per month)
