NFL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing, Agribusiness, International Business, Rural Management, or related fields (from UGC/AICTE recognized institutions) OR
   • B.Sc in Agriculture with M.Sc (Agriculture) in any discipline (from UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized institutions).
   • Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
2. Experience:
   • Minimum 22 years of experience in marketing of fertilizers, agrochemicals, bio-fertilizers, or related agricultural products.
   • Experience in International Marketing or Fertilizer Imports is also acceptable.
3. Age Limit:
   • Minimum 18 years, Maximum 50 years (as of 31 January 2025).
   • Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years).

• Shortlisting: Based on educational qualifications and experience.
• Personal Interview: Candidates must secure 50% marks in the interview.
• Screening Test (if required): If applications are high, the NFL may conduct an exam in Delhi-NCR or other cities.
