NHAI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): MBA (Finance) from a recognised University/Institute.
• Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s in Library Science from recognised University/Institute.
• Junior Translation Officer: Master’s in Hindi/English or equivalent, plus Diploma/Certificate in translation or 2 years translation experience. Desirable: Knowledge of one language from Eighth Schedule.
• Accountant: Bachelor’s + CA Inter or CMA Inter.
• Stenographer: Bachelor’s + shorthand dictation at 80 wpm and transcription on computer (50 mins English, 65 mins Hindi; longer for scribe eligible).

NHAI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Deputy Manager: Two-tier — CBT + Interview. Final merit based on CBT + Interview (135 marks total).
• Library & Information Assistant: CBT (single tier) 120 marks, domain specific included.
• Junior Translation Officer: CBT (single tier) 120 marks, including literature, translation, grammar.
• Accountant: CBT (single tier) 120 marks, domain specific in accounting/finance.
• Stenographer: Two-tier — CBT + Skill Test (qualifying). CBT marks used for final merit; Skill Test must be qualified.

NHAI Recruitment 2025 Exam Pattern & Syllabus

CBT generally includes Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, General Knowledge, English, and domain-specific questions. Detailed post-wise pattern provided in official notification. Stenographer Tier II is Skill Test: 5 min dictation at 80 wpm and transcription.
