The selection process includes three stages:
| Stage 1 | Eligibility Test: Multiple-choice questions to assess general awareness, analytical ability, aptitude, and logical ability. |
| Stage 2 | Specific Written Test: Stream/grade-specific written exam for qualified candidates from Stage 1. |
| Stage 3 | Personal Interview: Conducted by the selection committee for shortlisted candidates. |
Salary will be as per IDA pay scale for E4-E7 grades as mentioned in the official notification.
