- Register with a valid email id and mobile number from 24 October 2025 onwards.
- Fill the online application form with personal, educational and experience details.
- Upload scanned recent passport-size photograph, signature, and self-attested certificates (DOB, mark sheets, degree, caste certificate, experience proof).
- Pay the application fee online (if applicable) via the payment gateway.
- Submit the application and download/print the confirmation page for records before 5 December 2025 (5 PM).
- No offline/postal applications will be accepted unless specified in the notification.
