NICL National Insurance Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Varies by post – includes MBBS, Law, CA/ICWA, B.Com/M.Com, Engineering, MCA, and any degree with minimum marks (60% for General, 55% for SC/ST).
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years as on 01 May 2025 (Age relaxation applicable as per rules).
NICL National Insurance Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Phase I: Preliminary Exam (Objective)
- Phase II: Main Exam (Objective + Descriptive)
- Interview
Final selection will be based on Main Exam and Interview scores (80:20 ratio).
NICL National Insurance Recruitment 2025 Salary
The pay scale is Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 with initial basic pay of Rs. 50,925/- and total monthly emoluments around Rs. 90,000/- in metropolitan cities. Other benefits include pension, gratuity, LTS, medical benefits, group personal accident insurance, etc.
