NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Post Type	Qualification Required
Trade Apprentice	ITI Pass Certificate in the respective trade.
Diploma Apprentice	Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the relevant field.
Graduate Apprentice	Graduate degree in Engineering/Technology or general disciplines like B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com from a recognized institution.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Trade Apprentice: 24 years
• Diploma Apprentice: 25 years
• Graduate Apprentice: 26 years

Note: Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their marks obtained in ITI, Diploma, or Graduation.
2. Preference: Candidates residing within a 16 km radius of the Kakrapar Gujarat Site will be given preference.
3. Tie-breaker: In case of a tie, older candidates will be given preference.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 General Instructions

• Candidates who have completed or are undergoing Apprenticeship under the Apprentice Act, 1961, in any Government, PSU, or private organization are not eligible to apply.
• Submit the duly filled application with required documents before the closing date: 21st January 2025.
• No transport, hostel, or residential accommodation will be provided to selected apprentices.
• The apprenticeship training period will be for a maximum of 1 year.
• Engagement is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit as per NPCIL requirements.
