NPCIL Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

• Deputy Manager (HR/F&A/C&MM/Legal): Graduation with 60% + relevant Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (specialization varies by post)
• Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi or English, recognized translation certificate or 2 years translation experience
• Deputy Manager (Legal): 3 years post-qualification experience at Bar or reputed organization
• Age limits: Dy Manager 18–30 years, JHT 21–30 years. Age relaxation as per government rules.

NPCIL Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process

Deputy Manager: Two-stage selection – Online Test (120 MCQs, 2 hours) + Personal Interview (100 marks). Final merit: 50% Online Test + 50% Interview.

Junior Hindi Translator (JHT): Stage 1: Preliminary Screening Test (50 MCQs, 1 hour) + Stage 2: Advanced Descriptive Test (2 hours, 150 marks). Final merit: Based on Stage 2 marks only. Selected candidates undergo 1-year probation including typing & computer test.
