NSIC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Assistant Manager (Technology): A First Class B.E. / B.Tech degree in the following fields:
  • Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination thereof.
• Experience: Nil (Fresh Graduates can apply)
• Age Limit:
  • 28 years for General candidates (as on 27th December 2024)
  • Age relaxation as per Government rules for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD candidates.

NSIC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. GATE Score: 70% weightage, based on the candidate’s relevant GATE score (not older than two years).
2. Personal Interview: 30% weightage, for shortlisted candidates from the GATE score-based selection.
3. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:5 or 1:7, based on the number of posts advertised.
4. Final Selection: Based on the combined score of the GATE and Interview.

NSIC Recruitment 2024 Salary & Compensation

• Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000/- (IDA Pay Scale)
• CTC: Approx. Rs. 9.52 Lakh (excluding Performance Related Pay)
• Additional benefits include:
  • EPF, Gratuity, Superannuation Pension Scheme
  • HRA, Medical facilities, and other allowances as per NSIC rules.
