NSPCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Technical Assistant (Electrical): Full-time regular Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (min 60% marks).
• Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Full-time regular Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (min 60% marks).
• Technical Assistant (C&I): Full-time regular Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering (min 60% marks).
• Technical Assistant (Chemistry): Full-time regular B.Sc. in Chemistry (min 60% marks).

Age Limit:

• Upper age limit is 30 years as on the last date of online application.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.

NSPCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process consists of two stages:

1. Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
   • Duration: 2 hours
   • Total Questions: 120 questions
   • Exam Pattern:
     • 40 General Knowledge, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning
     • 80 trade-specific questions
   • Qualifying Marks: 40%
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
2. Stage 2: Skill Test
   • The skill test will be qualifying in nature, with a passing score of 40%. It will be conducted for shortlisted candidates based on the CBT results.

The Computer-Based Test will be held at Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Raipur, and Bhubaneshwar. The Skill Test details will be shared later with the shortlisted candidates.

NSPCL Recruitment 2025 Emoluments & Placement

• Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹60,000/- (inclusive of all statutory compliances)
• HRA/Company accommodation: Provided as per company rules (subject to availability).
• Medical Facilities: For self and dependents, as per company rules.
• Engagement Period: 3 years (extendable up to 2 years based on performance and requirements).
