Nxtwave Recruitment What are we looking for?

  • A Lead Generation Associate with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal Hindi communication skills as well as strong English competence
  • People who routinely surpass goals within deadlines and use a methodical approach to creating sales funnels, tracking feedback, and prioritizing responsibilities
  • A sales attitude to generate sales-qualified leads and successfully inform potential students about high-paying Career options
  • Being open to working in a high-growth startup setting.

Nxtwave Recruitment What will you be doing?

  • Making cold calls and producing prospects that are sales-qualified
  • To comprehend the lead and move them along in the presales process, ask appropriate questions.
  • Take charge of the whole sales qualification life cycle for the leads you are given. This includes cold calls, follow-ups, lead qualifying, and management.
  • keeping a thorough record of all contacts with the leads and giving the relevant team with regular input on the leads’ quality.
  • meeting the monthly and weekly goals.

Compensation:

  • Salary CTC: Upto 3 LPA + performance-based incentives

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of Hindi
  • Good proficiency in English is an added advantage.

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Work from Home currently and should be flexible to come to the office whenever required
  • 6 – Day Week
