• Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university OR have passed 12th with minimum 60% marks (General/OBC) and 50% marks (SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen).
• Must have passed English as a subject at SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduation level.
• Must know the regional language of the state where applying.
• Age between 21 and 30 years, with age relaxations as per category:

  • OBC: 3 years
  • Persons with Disability: 10 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Actual service period + 3 years, max 45 years
  • Widows/Divorced women/separated legally (not remarried): 5 years
