Education Qualification
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): Final year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering/Technology.
- Graduate Apprentice (General Streams): Degree in general streams like B.Sc, B.Com, BCA.
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma Holder): Diploma in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil
Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 14 years There is no upper age limit.

OFCH Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection will be made based on the merit of marks obtained in the final year of the examination for a degree or diploma.

- The selected apprentice(s) shall be required to deposit Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate and original documents of degree/diploma at the time of joining.
- The selected apprentice(s) shall be required to execute a contract as per rules.
- No request for an appointment in any post in this factory will be entertained upon completion of training.
- Other terms and conditions applicable to such apprentices as per the Apprentice Act (amended 1973, 2014, and 2019).
- Interested candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria may apply for Apprentice/Technician Apprentice by 20/07/2024 in the prescribed format.
- Applications only in the prescribed proforma will be accepted.
