Pearson VUE Quality and Training Coordinator 2025 Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and delivery of training materials and sessions for call center staff.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees.
  • Monitor calls, chats, emails, and OnVUE sessions for quality assurance.
  • Maintain documentation such as client guides, teams pages, and process documents.
  • Work with supervisors and HR to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria for Pearson VUE Quality and Training Coordinator 2025

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in training, teaching, or coaching is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities Required
