Pelican Recruitment 2023 Requirements & Responsibility

• Provide Customer support for technical and functional issues.
• Customer interactions and gathering client requirements and preparation of Integration and configuration documentation and defining product configurations as per customer requirements.
• Understand the technical and functional aspects of Pelican products.
• Implementing Pelican product at client environments, configuring the system as per client’s environment.
• Working on Business implementation with industrial-wide programming languages (e.g. Python, Java scripts, etc.), UML tools, and Pelican’s proprietary programming language for Business rule writing.
• Participate in the preparation of Product Demos and customer training.
• Identifying product enhancement opportunities.
• Working along with the Product and platform team and implementing a viable and robust solution.

Education & Qualification

• B.Sc. / B.E./ B.Tech / BCA

Essential Skills

• Any programming language
• Should have experience in working on Windows and UNIX (Linux, AIX, SUN, etc.) operation systems.

Skills Required

• Should have basic knowledge of client-server communication.
• Exposure to IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ Server, Oracle Database, and SQL scripting will be an added advantage.
• Preliminary knowledge in testing would be preferable.
• Should have basic knowledge in configuring TCP/IP networks.
• Should have basic knowledge of using scripting languages like Perl.
