PFRDA Grade A Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Indian nationals only.
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (relaxation as per government norms).
• Educational Qualification: Varies by post. Generally, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Law, IT, Economics, Commerce, etc.
• Detailed Qualification per Stream:
  • General: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s in Law/Engineering/CA/CS/CMA/CFA.
  • Finance & Accounts: Graduation + CA/CS/CMA/CFA qualifications.
  • IT: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering/Computer Science or relevant postgraduate with AI/ML specialization preferred with 2 years experience.
  • Research (Economics & Statistics): Master’s in respective subjects.
  • Legal: Bachelor’s in Law.
  • Official Language: Master’s in Hindi or related languages with required subjects.

• Phase I: Online Preliminary Exam (Objective).
• Phase II: Online Mains Exam (Descriptive & Objective).
• Phase III: Interview.

Starting pay of Rs. 44,500/- plus various allowances such as Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Allowance, Family Allowance, Housing Allowance, etc. Pay scale as per official withdrawn notification: Rs. 44,500 – 89,150 (with increments).
