PGCIL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Post	Essential Qualification
Officer Trainee (Environment Management)	Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Engineering or equivalent (First Class).
Officer Trainee (Social Management)	Master’s degree in Social Work (First Class).
Officer Trainee (Human Resource)	Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Social Work with HR specialization (60% marks).
Officer Trainee (PR)	Graduate with PG Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism (60% marks).

Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of 24th December 2024.
• Age relaxations apply for specific categories (SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, ExSM, DESM candidates).

PGCIL Recruitment 2024 Salary and Benefits

• Basic Pay During Training: ₹40,000/- with IDA, HRA, and perks (12% of basic pay).
• Approximate CTC During Training: ₹10.70 lakhs per annum.
• Post Regularization:
  • Basic Pay: ₹50,000/- to ₹1,60,000/- (IDA).
  • Post-Regularization Benefits: Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Performance-Related Pay, Housing Assistance (Company Leased Accommodation / HRA), Monthly Conveyance Reimbursement, Medical Facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and more.
