Roles & Responsibility

• Maintain timely and accurate updates for new joiner data maintenance and employee personal data in the core HCMS system
• Assist the onboarding team in handling the documentation for the induction and post-joining processes
• Handle the end-to-end relocation process and manage all process requirements between candidates, stakeholders, and vendors
• Ensure data maintenance on process SLAs, compliances, and survey feedback
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timelines for the processes managed
• Ensure effective coordination of pre & post-onboarding processes for all the new hires
• Manage the system onboarding process of all the new hires
• Handle the background verification process for all the new hires
