PhonePe is an Indian digital payment and financial technology company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It was Manufactured in December 2015, by Sameer Nigam, Rahul Chari, and Burzin Engineer. The PhonePe app, based on the Unified Payments Interface, went live in August 2016. About Role

We are looking for specialists for the Assisted Buying, Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will entail solving problems that our customers encounter through the insurance purchase journey and you will continuously look for outstanding and exciting ways to improve their experience. In this role, you will provide support to ensure that customers are addressed about any queries for the insurance products & have a seamless purchase experience. You will play a crucial role in understanding the voice of the customer and help us by flagging key experience drivers for a larger impact.

PhonePe Recruitment 2023 Responsibilities

• Be honest and put the needs of the consumer first in every engagement.
• Take care of basic PhonePe insurance and transaction-related inquiries, and turn them into sales.
• Flexibility between phone and data channels
• Must pay close attention to client requirements and offer items that are suited based on the demands of the client and the customer’s experience.
• Obtain the input and output matrices every month as directed by the supervisors.
• Follow the steps outlined in the procedure to get a resolution.
• Increase client trust via interaction possibility of achieving daily and hourly productivity targets
  Utilise internal resources and procedures to promote resolution
• Escalate properly, enlisting the aid of pertinent personnel to address consumer complaints.
• Make suggestions for process upgrades
• Engage and educate consumers so they can make maximum use of PhonePe

PhonePe Recruitment Ideal candidate should

• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi
• 0 – 2 years of work experience in insurance advisory/sales roles
• Have good learnability
• Be an active listener and deal well with objection
• Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
• Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
• Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred
• Comfortable in working in shifts and roster as per requirement
