PSPCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

1. Document Checking Venue & Schedule:
   • Venue: Hotel Muskan, Near Ambedkar Chowk, Main Road, Pakur, Jharkhand.
   • Schedule:
     • 28th Jan 2025: Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager (Under Manager), Surveyor
     • 29th Jan 2025: Overman
     • 30th Jan 2025: Mining Sirdar
2. Selection Criteria:
   • Merit-based: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks in Degree/Diploma/Matriculation.
   • Preference: Degree holders will be preferred, followed by Diploma and Matriculation holders, depending on availability.
3. Multiple Applications:
   • Separate applications are required for applying to multiple posts.
4. Shortlisting:
   • If the number of applications is high, PSPCL may apply higher eligibility criteria.
5. Documents Required:
   • Annexure-A, 2 passport-sized photos, original documents with self-attested copies (Educational certificates, Proof of Age, DGMS Competency certificates, Experience certificates, Salary slips, etc.), NOC (for current employees), and Reserved category certificates.
