RBI JE Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Junior Engineer (Civil):
- Minimum three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering (with 65% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD), or a Degree in Civil Engineering (with 55% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: 2 years for Diploma holders, 1-year for Degree holders in civil construction/maintenance.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical):
- Minimum three-year Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering (with 65% marks, 55% for SC/ST/PwBD), or a Degree in Electrical Engineering (with 55% marks, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: 2 years for Diploma holders, 1-year for Degree holders in electrical installations, including large buildings and systems.
Age Limit (As of 01 December 2024):
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 35 years)
- OBC: 3 years (up to 33 years)
- PWD: 10 years (GEN/EWS), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)

- Online Examination (8th February 2025):
- Total Marks: 300
- Time: 150 minutes
- Sections:
- English Language: 50 questions, 50 marks
- Engineering Discipline Paper I: 40 questions, 100 marks
- Engineering Discipline Paper II: 40 questions, 100 marks
- General Intelligence and Reasoning: 50 questions, 50 marks
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT):
- Conducted in the Official/Local Language of the respective zone.
- Final Selection:
- Based on the online examination score, I am qualified in LPT, medical fitness, and document verification.
