Rebel Foods Recruitment Roles & Responsibility
- Manage and act as a point of contact for all requirements related to PO, invoicing, and payments for the Brands & Creative Teams
- Ensuring all spending for activities done in a month is to be budgeted/provisioned within the same month.
- Accurately Managing and adjustment of month-on-month brand-building budgets accordingly for each brand
- Manage relationships with vendors for timely invoicing, payment resolution, and any grievances
- Timely reporting of over or underspends to Brand, social media, and digital Managers
- Independently manage the end-to-end activities of the Brands Spend tracker and maintain transparency to the PO and payment process.
Skills Required
- Strong vendor management & stakeholder management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in accounting /MIS/Data analysis
- Strong Analytical skills and expert in Excel/google sheet
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
