Rebel Foods Recruitment Roles & Responsibility

• Manage and act as a point of contact for all requirements related to PO, invoicing, and payments for the Brands & Creative Teams
• Ensuring all spending for activities done in a month is to be budgeted/provisioned within the same month.
• Accurately Managing and adjustment of month-on-month brand-building budgets accordingly for each brand
• Manage relationships with vendors for timely invoicing, payment resolution, and any grievances
• Timely reporting of over or underspends to Brand, social media, and digital Managers
• Independently manage the end-to-end activities of the Brands Spend tracker and maintain transparency to the PO and payment process.

Skills Required

• Strong vendor management & stakeholder management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in accounting /MIS/Data analysis
• Strong Analytical skills and expert in Excel/google sheet
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills
