- Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or MHROD.
- The degree must be AICTE/UGC recognized.
- General Category/EWS candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying degree.
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks.
- Experience:
- Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience in HR & Personnel Management.
- Experience must be in HR strategy, recruitment, training & development, compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and general administration.
- Salary Requirements for Candidates from Different Sectors:
- Government/PSU Candidates:
- Must have 19 years of experience.
- Must have served 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹90,000-2,40,000 OR CDA pay scale Level 13 (7th CPC).
- Private Sector Candidates:
- Must have 19 years of experience.
- Must have annual CTC of at least ₹34.58 LPA on the last application date.
