Quality Control Expert	Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Diploma with 5-7 years of experience
Assistant Manager	B.E/B.Tech/MBA with relevant experience

Age Limit (As on 10th January 2025):

• Maximum Age: 55 years

RITES Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following:

1. Walk-In Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
2. Weightage Distribution:
   • Interview: 100%
   • Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%
   • Personality & Communication: 35%
3. Merit List: Only candidates securing a minimum of 60% marks (50% for reserved categories) will be considered for the final selection.
