Site Engineer-

1. Civil:

• Candidates should hold a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Job profiles include Earthwork, safety, track, bridge, document controller, coordination, and building.

2. Electrical:

• Applicants should have a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Power Supply, Instrumentation and Control, Industrial Electronics, Electronics and Instrumentation, Applied Electronics, Digital Electronics, Power Electronics Engineering, or any related combinations.
• Job profiles encompass OHE, safety electrical, traction, non-traction, inspection testing commissioning.

3. S&T:

• Candidates need a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electronics and telecommunication, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering, or relevant combinations.
• Job profiles include safety S&T, inspection testing commissioning for Signal and Telecom.
• Two years of relevant experience in railway projects is required for all disciplines.

Duration: The appointment is initially on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Age Limit (As of 01 October 2023):

• Maximum age is 40 years.

Age Relaxation:

• OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates get upper age limit relaxation as per government orders.
• PWD candidates with at least 40% relevant disability receive a 10-year relaxation in the upper age limit.

Salary/Pay Matrix Details

The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month.

Approximate CTC:

The selected candidates can expect an approximate CTC of INR 11.1 LPA. This includes basic pay, DA, fixed/variable allowances (23% of Basic Pay), HRA/Lease, contribution to PF, and Gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.

Selection Process – RITES Recruitment 2023

The selection process for RITES Recruitment 2023 is as follows:

Selection Process:

• The selection process will involve a Screening Process followed by an Interview.

The weightage distribution for various selection parameters is as follows:

• Experience: 10%
• Interview: 90% (Technical & Professional proficiency: 60%; Personality, Communication, and Competency: 30%)
• The total weightage is 100%.

Interview Requirements:

• To be considered for placement on the panel, candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in the interview.
• There is no minimum qualifying mark requirement for the aggregate.
• Candidates must provide copies of their educational qualifications and claimed experience, which will be verified from the original documents at the appropriate stage, subject to source verification.

Shortlisting for Interview:

• After meeting the eligibility conditions, candidates will be shortlisted for the Interview.

Language of Interview:

• Candidates have the option to choose either Hindi or English for their interview.
