Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from a recognized institution in the following trades: Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, and more.
- OR a Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.
- OR a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering (or a combination of these engineering disciplines).
- Age Limit:
- General (UR) & EWS: 18-30 years
- OBC (NCL): 18-33 years
- SC/ST: 18-35 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered in defense + 3 years
- PWD: 10 years + relaxation for the respective category
- Women candidates who are widowed, divorced, or judicially separated but not remarried: 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)

The selection process includes the following stages:
- First Stage CBT (CBT I)
- Second Stage CBT (CBT II)
- Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT)
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination (ME)
Candidates must clear each stage to be considered for the Assistant Loco Pilot position.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 19,900/-, as per the official notification from the Railway Recruitment Board.
