Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from a recognized institution in the following trades: Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Electronics Mechanic, and more.
  • OR a Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.
  • OR a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering (or a combination of these engineering disciplines).
• Age Limit:
  • General (UR) & EWS: 18-30 years
  • OBC (NCL): 18-33 years
  • SC/ST: 18-35 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST candidates: 5 years
• OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Service rendered in defense + 3 years
• PWD: 10 years + relaxation for the respective category
• Women candidates who are widowed, divorced, or judicially separated but not remarried: 35 years (UR), 38 years (OBC), 40 years (SC/ST)
