SECI Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. General Manager (Projects)

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience.

2. General Manager (Contracts & Procurement)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Engineering Graduate (preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering) with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent CGPA.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience.

3. Additional General Manager (Human Resource & Administration)

• Educational Qualification:
  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management with specialization in Personnel Management/ HRM/ HR & Administration or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma of a minimum two years duration in Personnel Management/ HRM/ HR & Administration.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit

• General Manager: Maximum 55 years
• Additional General Manager: Maximum 48 years

SECI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Screening Test: Initial shortlisting of candidates based on the eligibility criteria.
• Written Test: Candidates may be required to appear for a written exam based on the respective position.
• Trade Test/Skill Test: Depending on the role, candidates may need to take relevant trade or skill-based tests.
