Mining Sirdar: Must have valid certificates of Mining Sirdarship, First Aid & Gas Testing, with 3 years of experience working in underground mines.

Junior Overman: Diploma in Mining Engineering (3-year duration) from a recognized institute, valid Gas Testing & First Aid certificates, and 1-year post-diploma practical trainee experience in coal mines.
