- Support backend operations for various functions including support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and handling email queries.
- Coordinate savings initiatives, analyze key metrics, participate in budgeting/forecasting activities, and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time.
- Develop MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with reporting manager and business units to address any issues related to customer service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of pending queries, and offer recommendations to enhance current MIS for improved reporting efficiency and consistency.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, coupled with analytical abilities (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
