Roles & Responsibility

• Contributing to day-to-day operations and ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and error-free manner

•  Working on the implementation of a mentorship program (operational monitoring)
• Understanding of human resource function, role, and key metrics
• Collaborating with internal team members in enhancing the employee experience, onboarding program, engagement, L&D, and other HR operational work
• Conducting market research on HR best practices
