- Familiarize with a set of given topics in agriculture, finance, and general domains
- Converse/talk with people in the local dialect of the chosen language
- Record conversations and transcribe them exactly in the local dialect
- Submit both recordings and transcription as per the guidelines
- Candidates will be selected after successfully completing a pilot task demonstrating satisfactory performance

Rs. 500 for every 20 minutes of effective recording (pro rata basis)
