  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to find exceptional personnel
  • Collaborate with other providers to create a hiring talent funnel.
  •  Screen prospective hires by administering tests and conducting informal interviews.
  •  Manage the employment process, including scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and finally onboarding new hires.
  • Represent the business in open houses and recruiting events.
