Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Map relationships between IT/operations platform components and stakeholders to identify integration points and dependencies.
• Identify, analyse and improve business (back-end) processes to increase quality, reduce cost and improve productivity.
• Develop process documentation: business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and gap analyses.
• Plan and implement quality assurance, compliance and control processes.
• Support development of training and change-management materials for new processes and procedures.
• Apply process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen) in non-manufacturing environments.

Eligibility / Desired Profile

• Proven experience in process improvement, process design or quality assurance within BPO / CX / shared services or large operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of process mapping, root-cause analysis, gap analysis and documentation best practices.
• Practical experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen or equivalent continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience; ability to influence and implement across functions.
• Experience leading teams of specialists and driving cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
