FACT Recruitment 2024 Details:

FACT has announced vacancies for the posts of Medical Officer and Nurse (Male), with engagement on a Fixed Tenure Contract basis. The selection process for the Medical Officer will be based on an interview, while the Nurse (Male) post will require a practical skill test followed by an interview. FACT Recruitment 2024 Post Details

Experience:

• Medical Officer: 1-year post-qualification experience as a Medical Practitioner in Industrial Establishments/Hospitals (experience is preferred, but not mandatory).
• Nurse (Male): Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Emergency/Casualty department/ICC Unit of a hospital/Occupational Health Centre.

Post Name: Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Medical Officer (Post Code 1):
  • MBBS with registration under Indian Medical Council/State Medical Council.
  • 1-year post-qualification experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Medicine will be considered based on course duration.
• Nurse (Male) (Post Code 2):
  • Standard X Pass and Three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery OR B.Sc. Nursing.
  • Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council is required.

FACT Recruitment 2024 Salary & Compensation

• Note: Higher consolidated pay will be considered for candidates with more relevant experience, subject to the maximum pay indicated.
• Annual Increment: A 3% increment on consolidated pay upon successful completion of each year/renewal of contract.
• Other Benefits: Leave, Accident Insurance Coverage, Provident Fund, TA & DA for duty travel, and Rent Free Accommodation (subject to eligibility).

• Medical Officer: Selection will be based on an interview.
• Nurse (Male): Candidates will undergo a practical skill test followed by an interview. The selection will be based on:
  1. Relevant experience.
  2. Year of passing the prescribed qualification.
  3. Date of birth.

1. The engagement is for a fixed term with the possibility of renewal, subject to requirements and performance.
2. Age relaxation and reservation will be provided as per government directives.
