• Need to maintain a good relationship with partners/clients.
• Preparing and updating of sops.
• Creation & Modifying of Vendors in the database.
• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices daily.
• Reconcile the Vendor statements.
• Email responses to vendors based on their questions.
• Processing of Payments.
• Good knowledge of the P2P / S2P / AP process.

Required Skills

• Good Skills with MS Office (Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word, Access).
