Roles & Responsibility

• Create POs timely for all activities and vendors
• Follow up with vendors for supporting documents
• Track invoices from agencies/vendors
• Process invoices timely for all agencies/vendors
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team for annual/quarterly approved budgets
