Qualifications & Skills Required –

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager:

• A Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate.
• Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
• Proficiency in Bengali or any local language of the State is required.

Cash Cum General Clerk:

• A Graduate or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).
• Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
• Proficiency in Bengali or any local language of the State is required.

Multi-Tasking Staff:

• Successful completion of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Bengali or any local language of the State is essential.

Note: All candidates must submit a valid Permanent Residential Certificate (PRTC) issued by the Government of Tripura.

Period of Probation: Minimum 1 year, with the possibility of extension in case of “not-satisfactory” performance. Successful completion leads to absorption/confirmation in the respective post category.

• Multi-Tasking Staff: 18 – 40 years

• Multi-Tasking Staff: Slotted at Level 2 of Tripura State Pay Matrix 2018, with a monthly Basic Pay of Rs. 16,500.

Selection Process – TSCB Recruitment 2023

• Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in an Online Examination and Interview.
• Examination Language: The Online Examination will be conducted in English.
• Penalty for Wrong Answers: For each incorrect answer, 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty. No penalty is applied for questions left unanswered.
• Minimum Score: Candidates must secure a minimum score in each test of the Online Examination to qualify for the interview. An aggregate minimum score is also required, with provision for relaxation in marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Passing Requirement: Candidates must pass each objective test. Cutoffs may be applied at two stages: on individual test scores and the total score.
• Final Selection: The final selection will be based on a ratio of 80:20 for marks obtained in the Online Examination and Interview.
