TVS Recruitment 2023 Responsibility

• Setting up yearly targets for SIT/CFT  activities based on last year’s PDCA.
• Monitor progress & conduct SIT/CFT projects management presentation
• Organise and provide resource support for SIT/CFT audit and management presentation
• Conduct training, organize for project review and certification of participants under TVS way of problem-solving
• Involve E&Ms in Profit Improvement Plan
• Release of MIS report on SIT/CFT Progress
• Identify training needs along with HR & department planners in terms of enhanced problem-solving / task achievement tools & Techniques and coordinate to provide.
• Coordinate the evaluators for project evaluation as per schedule.
• Carry out the year begin activities ( Team formation, Nomination releasing)
