A. Nationality/Citizenship

Candidates must be:

• Indian citizens, or
• Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, or
• Tibetan refugees who settled in India before Jan 1962, or
• Persons of Indian origin from certain countries (e.g., Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Kenya) intend to settle in India.
