• Candidate should be available for a full-time (Work in Office) internship.
• Can join the training before 17 April 2023.
• The candidate should be available for the duration of 06 months.
• Should have relevant skills as per the post.
• can start the internship between  3rd Apr’23 and 8th May’23

Roles & Responsibility

• Work on goal setting, performance management & process implementation for assigned businesses
• Work on employee engagement and regular employee connect
• Handle employee queries and grievances
• Timely update of the business organization structure
• Work on HR MIS for the business
• Work on HR operations (onboarding process, induction, confirmation, transfer, exit formalities, payroll co-ordination)
