HSBC Recruitment 2023 Requirements & Responsibility

• Work in day shift, night shift and regular timings as per the support roster on rotation basis. Support and shift duty will be there on weekends and public holidays.
• Coordinate with L3, development and infrastructure teams during incident resolution. Recover the service within the SLAs.
• The candidate is expected to quickly learn and support multiple products and applications across Distributed platforms
• Create, review and improve Production Support documentation and procedures, troubleshooting guides, weekly reports summarizing Production performance.
• Responsible for batch monitoring, alert acknowledgement, incident resolution, change order creation and execution, service recovery, root cause analysis, project  implementation support, OS and Middle ware patching activities, Disaster Recovery Exercise.
• Production Support experience in Distributed technologies such as LINUX, Oracle DB, SQL, Windows, MQ, WAS, Java, Control-M, Postman.
• Should have experience with Open-source technologies and tools such as GitHub, Pyspark, Jenkins, Ansible.
• Should be familiar with AppDynamics, Splunk, DevOPS procedures, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Service Dashboard reporting
• should be able to work independently in a cross-location and cross-cultural team
