ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
- Work as a part of the customer experience team and help them drive voice of customer projects
- Analyze data and provide them insights and be a part of designing solutions to improve customer experience
- Bring in new ideas for solving customer problems and share it with the team.
- Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to get data and match your observations with other data sets to bring in actionable insights
- Connect and explain customer issues to internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes
