Educational Qualification:

• Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 years, full-time)
• Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years, full-time)
• Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering (3 years, full-time)
• Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (3 years, full-time)
• Fire & Safety: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety

Note: Higher qualifications like B.E/B.Tech or AMIE are not eligible.

• Maximum Age: 25 years

HPCL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):
   • Part 1: General Aptitude (English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation)
   • Part 2: Technical/Professional Knowledge (based on the respective discipline)
2. Shortlisting for Further Stages: Candidates qualifying CBT will be called for:
   • Group Task/Group Discussion
   • Skill Test
   • Personal Interview
3. Physical Fitness Efficiency Test will be qualifying in nature.
4. Final Selection will depend on the candidate’s performance in all stages.
